Principal's Welcome

I want to welcome each of you to the Boys and Girls Home School. This school is composed of a great group of young men and women. The best teachers in Columbus County work here and strive to make this school even better. My goal as Principal is to prepare each young person who attends the Boys and Girls Home School college ready when they leave. I believe in "Cougar Pride." I am proud of what has been accomplished here and what we will accomplish this year as a team. I encourage everyone to get involved in all activities both at the school and at the home. We will post a copy of the sports schedule for each team. Visit my blog and come participate in any and all events. Once again, welcome to the Boys and Girls Home School. March 6- Fourth Six Weeks end (High School)
March 15- Report card release for high school
March 21- Mandatory Professional Development (No School for Students)
April 6- Early release
April 9-13- Easter break (no school for everybody)
April 25- Mandatory Professional Development (No School for Students)
April 26- Fifth Six Weeks end (High School)
May 7- Report cards release for high school
May 28- Memorial Day Holiday ( No School for everybody)
May 21-June 5- High School EOC Testing (early release for high school students only)
June 6-7- EOC remediation
June 8&12- EOC retest
June 8 at 2 PM- BGHS Graduation in Fellowship Hall
June 8- last day of school
